Why ClearPath exists
Most people facing credit problems get one of two things: generic advice that doesn't help, or a company that promises results it can't legally deliver.
ClearPath was built to offer something different. Founder Anthony brings over 25 years of experience in credit services and finance. Working with legal and credit specialists, he developed a dispute method grounded in what federal law actually requires of credit bureaus and the companies that report to them.
That same approach runs through everything we do, from the dispute letters we prepare to the Understanding Credit book series. When we explain a right, we tell you where it comes from in the law, so you can check it yourself.

We dispute what's inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, and we put it in writing with the law behind it. We don't waste your time on tactics that don't hold up.

Fixing errors is only part of it. We teach you how credit works so you can rebuild and protect it long after we're done.
What we stand by
Credit repair has a reputation problem, and much of it is earned. These are the lines we don't cross.
- We never guarantee a score, a number of deletions, or a timeline.
- We never claim we can remove accurate, current, verifiable information.
- We never tell you to use anything other than your own Social Security number or to misrepresent your identity.
- We always tell you that you can dispute with the bureaus yourself, for free.
- We always give you the disclosures, written contract, and cancellation rights federal law requires.
- We protect your personal information and use it only to provide the services you ask for.
Who we work with
We work with people rebuilding after hardship, first-time homebuyers preparing for a mortgage, people who found errors they can't get fixed, and anyone who simply wants to understand their credit report. We're based in Las Vegas and serve clients nationwide by phone, email, and mail.
