Choose how much help you want.
Every option is built on the same thing: your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, explained plainly and put to work in writing.
DIY dispute packages
For people who want to handle their own disputes but don't want to start from a blank page.
You complete a guided intake about your credit reports. Our system prepares dispute letters based on what you tell us, organized by bureau and by account. You review every letter, sign it, and mail it yourself.
- Letters prepared for each bureau and each disputed account
- Packages sized to how many items you're disputing, plus individual letters when you need just one
- A step-by-step guide to sending by certified mail
- You stay in control of what's sent and when
How DIY works
- Pull your reports. Get all three at AnnualCreditReport.com.
- Complete the intake. Tell us which accounts or details you believe are wrong and why.
- Download your letters. Read each one carefully before you sign.
- Mail them certified. Keep your receipts and tracking numbers.
- Watch for results. Bureaus generally have 30 days to investigate and respond in writing.
Full-service preparation
For people who want experienced help reading their reports and a team to handle the paperwork and mailing.
We go through your reports with you, identify items that appear inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, and prepare your dispute letters. Once you've approved and signed them, we send them by certified mail and track delivery.
- A review of your reports with you, account by account
- Dispute letters prepared by our team for your approval and signature
- Certified mail with tracking for every letter
- Help reading bureau responses and deciding on next steps
- Copies of everything sent on your behalf
Before you sign anything
Federal law requires credit repair organizations to give you certain protections. With us you'll receive:
- A written disclosure of your credit file rights under federal law, before any contract.
- A written contract describing the services, the total cost, and how long the work will take.
- Three business days to cancel the contract without penalty or obligation.

Common questions
Can you guarantee my score will go up?
No, and no one else can either. Results depend on what's in your reports and how the bureaus and creditors respond to each dispute. A company that promises a specific score or number of deletions is a red flag.
Can you remove negative items that are accurate?
No. Accurate, current, and verifiable information can legally stay on your report, generally for up to seven years for most negative items. We dispute information that's inaccurate, incomplete, or can't be verified.
How long does the process take?
Bureaus generally have 30 days to investigate a dispute after receiving it. Some files are resolved in one round; others take several rounds as responses come back and follow-up disputes are sent.
Could I just do this myself for free?
Yes. You have the right to dispute directly with each bureau at no cost. Our DIY packages and books exist to make that easier and more organized, not to replace your right to do it yourself.
Do you work with clients outside Nevada?
Yes. We're based in Las Vegas and work with clients nationwide. Everything can be handled by phone, email, and mail.
Not sure which option fits?
