Terms of Service
The rules for using our website, buying our books, and working with ClearPath 2 Success.
Effective date: September 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ClearPath 2 Success ("ClearPath," "we," "us"), based in Las Vegas, Nevada. They apply when you use clearpath2success.com, buy our books or document packages, or use our services. Please read them carefully. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
ClearPath offers three kinds of services:
- Education: books, articles, and other materials explaining credit reporting and consumer credit law.
- DIY dispute packages: dispute documents prepared from the information you provide, which you review, sign, and mail yourself.
- Full-service dispute preparation: review of your credit reports with you, preparation of dispute documents for your approval, and mailing on your behalf, under a separate written contract.
2. No guarantees
We do not guarantee any particular result, including any increase in your credit score, the removal of any item, approval for any loan or credit, or any timeline. Results depend on the contents of your credit reports and on how credit bureaus and the companies reporting your information respond. No one can lawfully remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report.
3. Not legal advice
ClearPath is not a law firm, and nothing on our website, in our books, or in our services is legal advice. We explain how consumer credit laws work so you can make informed decisions. If you need advice about your specific legal situation, including a possible lawsuit, please consult a licensed attorney.
4. Who can use our services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to buy products or use our services. You may only request dispute documents for your own credit file, or for someone who has legally authorized you to act for them.
5. Your information must be truthful
The documents we prepare depend on the information you give us. You agree to provide information that is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Federal law prohibits anyone from making, or advising you to make, untrue or misleading statements to a credit bureau or creditor about your credit.
We will not prepare any dispute we believe is based on a false statement, including a false claim of identity theft, and we will never advise you to use any identification number other than your own Social Security number or to misrepresent your identity. We may decline or stop services if we believe information provided to us is false.
6. DIY packages
With a DIY package, you are responsible for reviewing every document before you sign it, confirming it's accurate, mailing it, and keeping your own records. Our mailing guide explains how to send documents by certified mail, but the choice of how and when to send is yours. Because you control what is sent, you are responsible for the content of the documents you choose to mail.
7. Full-service clients
Before we perform any full-service credit repair work, you will receive the Consumer Credit File Rights statement required by federal law, and we will both sign a written, dated contract describing the services, the total cost, and the expected timeline. You may cancel that contract for any reason within 3 business days of signing it. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed contract, your contract controls.
We do not charge or collect payment for credit repair services before those services are fully performed.
8. Payments and refunds
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Books and DIY packages are delivered as digital downloads after payment is confirmed. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
9. Our books and content
Our books, articles, documents, logo, and website design are owned by ClearPath 2 Success and protected by copyright and trademark law. When you buy a book or package, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own credit matters. You may not copy, resell, share, publish, or distribute our materials, or use them to provide services to others, without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Commit fraud or submit false information to any credit bureau, creditor, or lender
- Request documents about another person's credit without their legal authorization
- Interfere with, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems
- Copy or scrape our content, or resell our products or services
- Break any law
11. Third-party services and links
Our website links to outside sites such as AnnualCreditReport.com and government agencies, and we use outside providers such as Stripe and Netlify. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
12. Disclaimers and limits of liability
Our website and educational materials are provided "as is." We work hard to keep them accurate and current, but laws and bureau practices change, and we cannot promise that every piece of information is complete or up to date at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearPath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or educational materials, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
13. Your rights under law
Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Nevada law, or any other law that cannot be waived. Any part of these Terms that would do so does not apply to you.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal law. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not affect any signed client contract or purchase made before the change.
