How ClearPath 2 Success collects, uses, and protects your information.
Effective date: September 23, 2026
ClearPath 2 Success ("ClearPath," "we," "us") provides credit education and credit dispute document preparation services from Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains what information we collect through clearpath2success.com and our related services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you choose, and your message.
- Email list: your first name, email address, your consent, and which page you signed up from.
- Purchases: when you buy books or document packages, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, what you bought, and confirmation of payment. We never see or store your full card number.
- Client services: if you become a DIY or full-service client, we collect the information needed to prepare your dispute documents. This can include your full name, mailing address, date of birth, Social Security number, copies of your credit reports, account details you choose to dispute, identification documents, and your signature.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and understand general traffic.
2. How we use your information
- To answer your questions and respond to your requests
- To provide the services you purchase, including preparing, organizing, and mailing dispute documents
- To process payments and deliver digital products
- To send the educational emails you signed up for
- To keep the records federal and state law require us to keep
- To protect our website, our clients, and our business from fraud and misuse
We use client information only to provide the services you ask for. We do not use your credit information for marketing.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers who help us operate, only as needed for the work they do for us: website hosting and form handling (Netlify), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and document signature tools.
- Credit bureaus and furnishers: when you're a client, your dispute letters and supporting documents go to the credit bureaus or companies you choose to dispute with. That's the purpose of the service.
- Mail carriers: the United States Postal Service receives the names and addresses needed to deliver certified mail.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our legal rights.
- Business transfers: if ClearPath is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to protect it under the terms of this policy.
4. Cookies and online activity
Our website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not allow third parties to track your activity across other websites through our site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Our payment processor may use cookies on its checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we'll update this policy first.
5. How we protect your information
Our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Sensitive client information is collected only through secure channels, never through our public contact form, and access is limited to the people who need it to provide your services. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects it.
Please don't send your Social Security number, date of birth, or account numbers through our contact form or by regular email.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Client records, including signed disclosures and contracts, are kept for at least the period required by law, which for federally required credit repair disclosures is at least 2 years after signing. Contact form messages and email list information are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe. When information is no longer needed, we delete or destroy it securely.
7. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us.
- Review and correct: you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
- Delete: you can ask us to delete your information. We'll do so unless we're legally required to keep it, in which case we'll tell you what we're keeping and why.
To make a request, email admin@clearpath2success.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
8. Nevada residents
Nevada law gives residents the right to direct a website operator not to sell certain personal information. We do not sell personal information. If you'd like to submit a request anyway, email admin@clearpath2success.com with the subject line "Nevada opt-out request," and we will respond within 60 days.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll also notify clients and email subscribers.
